3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Review and respond to drafts and inquiries in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Generally:

• A deposit is required before work commences
• Subsequent payments are due according to the agreed milestones
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Web Hub Solutions remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web Hub Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes and technical issues caused by development. This warranty does not cover changes in requirements, third-party service failures, or issues arising from client modifications.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, payment for work completed up to the termination date remains due. We reserve the right to terminate projects for non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
